Special mention to Kent not sure if i have the right name but he is the security at front beach… who does not only stand but does more than security making sure all the guest are welcome and picking up trash helping other co workers. "Even though it’s right in the middle of the busy, chaotic food hub inside D’Mall, the place didn’t disappoint! The hotel is super well-kept and has such a nice aesthetic. The room and bathroom were both spotless and had that upscale vibe. Staff were really courteous and friendly too — can’t complain about the service at all. Definitely a solid stay!"
