"The staff was extremely helpful, nice and professional. I first booked as a solo traveler for a bedroom and later was updated to 2 people; there was a miniscule hiccup where the bed was a double instead of 2 twins. But that was quickly sorted out before check in time and we were very happy that the staff was so accommodating and worked so quickly. The room had a great view and the communal spaces were nice also. The situation with the kitchen really depends on who is also staying there (not everyone cleans up after themselves and leaves a mess expecting the staff to clean after them when there is a dishwasher avaliable). Its close to bonus and other bus stops, walkable distance to the church and rainbow street if that is up your alley. 10/10- no complaints."
