Lots of amenities: gym, squash and tennis courts, aerobics, golf course and pool during the summer. Very quiet and comfortable stay during midweek. We wanted to extend our stay but the inn was booked for the weekend. If we are in the Canton area, we will book here again.

This is a “historic” property. It’s a little dated and musty and the lighting and water pressure were lacking but beautiful grounds. The bars and restaurants were closed when we were there

Hallmark Hotel

Was nice and quiet and very clean . The nostalgic of the Glemore was very cool with Beautiful surroundings, I will be back in a nicer weather to enjoy it too ;)

AMAZING Experience all around

This was our first time BUT NOT our last we were so impressed with everything from the amazing guest service we received to the amazing views. The food was fabulous and the hotel is centrally located. We enjoyed the mall and the winery near by

Great Stay

Stayed here one night for a 10k race with a friend. We decided to book it again for our next 5k race in June. The staff was so great. My friend forgot her charging cube and the front desk attendent let her use her own for the night. The hotel is in a gated community and has an interesting history. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The hotel is historic but in really great shape. Keep in mind, some things are dated like curtains, outlets, refrigerators, but in working order and for me it wasn't a problem.

Travel for funeral

Location was convenient for my travel needs. Grounds and neighborhood are beautiful. There could be better signage for differentiating the country club from the hotel. Room was very poorly lit, but the staff provided an extra lamp upon request. I didn’t use the spa services, room service or eat at the restaurants on location, so I cannot comment on those.

Great Area! Low quality rooms

The pool and restaurant and views were amazing! Even the other guests were super friendly and helpful during the few times I got lost. Our bedroom had a light clicking noise in the ceiling that went off every 2 seconds so if you’re a light sleeper, stay out of room 100. Has an old musky smell but overall felt it had been cleaned to the best of ability. Just don’t come here if you’re looking for lux comfort, but lux views and food was 5 stars.

It's a beautiful property. The room was clean, spacious and well-appointed. Check in was slow. Staff seemed confused about my reservation. Room service wasn't great. The food was ok, but they never returned to clean up the dishes. Even after I called.

Property staff was very friendly. This is a gated area and we had no problems getting in and out. The signage for the main entrance was not very direct, however, we were still greeted at the “wrong” entrance and told where we needed to go. Pool seemed very clean from what we could see, unfortunately did not get to use it. Minor cosmetics in the room and had to wait for hot water for a little over 5min. All in all it a gorgeous place to stay and will return if we are in the area.

There were buckets and pans all over the lobby to catch rain that was pouring in. There are hot tubs, as described, BUT there are not co-ed, men have to use one in their locker room, and women have a separate on in their locker room. Restaurants were not open, the spa/hot tubs, etc closed at 6pm. None of these details given in the overview or description of location.

The room was very dark, with poor lighting. A ceiling tile was missing above the sink with wires hanging down. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and "clunky" sounding. Altogether this was not the luxurious experience we expected at Glenmoor.

Very unclean room and other issues

I made a call to the front desk first night I stayed and discovered white crusty substance on the fitted sheet. Sinks did not drain either. No clean and no help on the two items I told front desk on. The hotel was spacious and has one of the best fitness/spa I’ve ever used. Full weight room full cardio rooms full steam and sauna rooms
