Clean and convenient

This nicely kept apartment in an older home was in a cute neighborhood, was close to the national park, and near some nice metro parks. It made a great home base for exploring the area!

The property was fine everything was clean and was fairly close to what we were doing. Walked during the day to downtown but would not walk it at night. My only complaint was they rented the top unit to people with a dog and they were directly above our bedroom so no sleep to be had in the morning. Other than that ideal place to stay and reasonable rate.

Great place!

Cute apartment in a quiet part of town. Perfect spot for exploring Cuyahoga NP and the surrounding area. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

The property was wonderful and the communication was great. The heat was a bit high but I did not reach out. I am sure if I had they would have taken care of it quickly. Everything was lovely.

Great value

Stayed graduation weekend. House was very clean and the beds were comfortable! Check in was easy, nice quiet neighborhood. The only thing to note is that there is an upstairs apartment, it wasn't a huge deal for us but there was some general neighbor noise above us at night. Might be a deal breaker for a light sleeper.

Cancelled last second

Host cancelled on me 40 minutes prior to check in time. This gave me very little time to find another place to stay and not a lot of options. I was already on my way. Beware if you book on this site, it is listed on others too and if they double book they just cancel on you last second.

Quiet Neighborhood in Akron

Our group of three, my spouse, dog and I went for an overnight while attending a concert at Blossom. The house and neighborhood were pleasant , quiet, and clean. Provided instructions by the host at the house was handy. Driveway is a little tricky because old sawed off fence posts protrude above pavement and make driveway narrower ( I had a full size pick up truck). The concert we were to attend was cancelled b/c of Canadian Forestfire smoke while we were enroute. We made the best of it viditing a brewery in the evening and the The Blue Door for breakfast..Highly recommended! If in the area would book again.

Good value

We stayed when it was very hot and the two window AC units had a hard time keeping up. We were confused by the shower so we had to contact the owner who told us how to pull down on the bottom of the faucet to make the shower work. As mentioned in other reviews, the lighting was incredibly dim. My only other suggestion would be to put some chairs in the backyard because its a nice place to sit. On the plus side, We are incredibly grateful for a dog friendly rental. The beds were comfortable, the water Pressure was great and the location was handy for visiting the national park. All was clean and as described. Thank you.

Cannot beat it for the price

Small but cozy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in and out process and owner was great to work with. Only “complaint” is it could use a more comfortable couch and bigger tv. Absolutely would stay here again.

Perfect Pet-Friendly Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment while in town for a birthday celebration with my son and our dogs. The space was nice and clean, just as described in the listing. The check-in instructions were straightforward, making it easy to get settled in. Most importantly, it was fantastic to find a place that allowed us to bring our pups along. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

It was ok, wont stay again

We stayed for a weekend visit with family. I did not realize the rental was for only yhe bottom half of the house and not the whole house or i wouldnt have rented it. I sleep too light for a dog running around upstairs at all hours of the night and people banging around. The bathroom had used soaps/shampoos in the shower and there was only a quarter roll of toilet paper.for the three of us to use. The fridge had opened and used drinks and food in it from someone else. The beds were very uncomfortable. My sister didnt even bother to climb under the covers because it was overly warm in the house without a way to control the temp of the house. One small couch and a chair in the sitting space. The chair was nice but couch was small and uncomfy. Next time i will do a little more digging before renting. The owners were nice enough in text, but not sure how muvh they spruce it up because there were thank you notes from 23 and 24 on the fridge. Ok place to land for a weekend if you arent going to be there much but not longer. .

Akron visit

The house was clean, comfortable and the pictures of the property were accurate. Egan was always very prompt with replies if I had any questions. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

Upon arrival we received the details on how to get on. The key was left sticking to the outside of the apartment. Anyone who has stayed out even neighbors that pay attention. The introduction smelled like dog urine. We immediately turned around and walked out. Only have me a partial refund. We will be fighting this. know

Decent Stay

We stayed for one night. Got in later in the day but check in was easy. Neighborhood seemed fine and we found this waffle place close by for breakfast was great. We were to sleep and go so didn’t have much more experience than that. Older house but kept up.
