Hotel Rock Lititz

"We stayed here because we were going to a show at Mickey's Black Box, which is a very short walk across the parking lot and a great venue. The hotel is fun, with an onsite bar that stays open late and that's better than most hotel bars, but it's also quiet when it's supposed to be. To that end, the hotel seems to understand its clientele likes a soundproof room for good sleep, a mini-fridge, a large shower with good water pressure, and a late checkout, at noon. We were pretty sure the room we were in had a queen bed, not a king as we'd reserved, as we usually sleep in a king, but were too tired to ask to be moved. One small thing: We wished that there were more coffee options other than dark roast in the Keurig, but was glad they were featuring a local roaster and glad there was a Keurig in the room to begin with! Price was reasonable. Would definitely stay again, no question."

"Great location, across the street from the amusement park and adjacent to the Tanger Outlets! Near many restaurants and attractions, and close enough to the main highway to get to other nearby places. Breakfast was solid, hotel was clean, indoor pool area with hot tub was nice. Minimal areas for improvement. The key cards use an older style swipe which didn't always work well when trying to enter your room. We requested extra pillows for our room which was ultimately accommodated but the hotel initially told us they did not have any extra pillows to give us. Overall, would recommend this hotel, and would stay here again."

"The rooms very comfortable and clean. The pool area was clean and had enough lounge chairs. There was a lot of activities like shuffleboard, corn hole, ping pong and a jungle gym for the little ones. The heated pool was a plus. The only drawback was the guests in the halls. They ran back and forth making a lot of noise. If you are on the first floor, that is the only main hallway to get to everything. I recommend a higher floor."

"We chose this property for the novelty of staying in a train car. It was fun! However, they are not fancy so you have to be prepared for the experience of it. We got a car with bunks for the kids which was fun. The bathroom sort of feels like a camper bathroom. They did have a fridge, coffee pot, dinette table and chairs in the car. We ate at the restaurant twice and it was good and convenient. They have a nice gift shop. There is a really cool player piano you have to check out! There are buggy rides right there at the property. It is a convenient location for the Strasburg RR and the Amish Village."
