"Room was good, a bit hot for me, they were accommodating and moved us rooms, and provided me with fans. The pools are amazing, lazy river was a blast with a drink in each hand. Food was absolutely amazing. Cool seeing the monkeys, cats, possums, etc. Second time going there in 18 years, wont wait half as long to go back, thanks for an amazing experience!"

"The staff was great, warm ,friendly and helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom 2 bath condo with 2 bathrooms. It is a basic , not glamorous, equip with basics for kitchen and bath. Bring your own toiletries as they are not supplied. The beds were firm and made with crispy white sheets! Our con do was spotlessly clean , we were very happy. "

"Our room was very clean and welcoming. The staff is and always has been excellent! Wilburt in the main bar is fantastic, Luis, Juan Carlos, and Aurora(the “egg” lady) in the buffet are fabulous! The beach bar has wonderful service and will fix special things if requested. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and at the Grill and the meals were amazing. The pork shank for two in the Mexican restaurant was beyond amazing. Ducelli, beach waitress, went above and beyond when serving us and remembered us from our previous visits!! They and the beauty of this resort keep us returning year after year!❤️"

"Secrets was great. Service over the top. Good food, clean facilities. DO NOT BOOK TRANSPORTATION recommended by hotel. Amstar left us waiting 1.5 hrs at airport. If you look at Amstar reviews they're terrible. An employee told me, you can't expect us to be perfect."

"We had a great stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka’an in the Riviera Maya. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a superior suite near the lobby, which was spacious and conveniently located within easy walking distance to the restaurants and buffet. The food quality was excellent for an all-inclusive, with plenty of variety and solid dining options. We also enjoyed having access to the other Bahia Principe resorts via a quick shuttle ride, making it easy to spend time at the beach and take advantage of additional amenities. Dinner reservations and excursions were easy to arrange, which kept the trip stress-free. The Hacienda Market on property was a big plus and made souvenir shopping simple, with lots of options available without leaving the resort. For our final night, we upgraded to a penthouse suite, and it was absolutely worth it. The rooftop jacuzzi and open views of the Riviera Maya sky were the perfect way to end the trip. Overall, Sian Ka’an offers a relaxing atmosphere, great food, and convenient access to everything you’d want for a Mexico getaway!"
