We are an experienced property management Company based in AKUMAL ,managing several luxury properties along the Riviera maya since 2015 .

Before your arrival we will make sure everything is properly working , we deeply inspect every unit before a guest checks in and follow cleaning protocols based on a standard checklist .

Please keep in mind that we DO NOT OFFER hotel services such as : personal greeting upon arrival , luggage carrying , luggage storage , personal 24 hours concierge services , daily cleaning services, etc.

As a courtesy upon your arrival we will provide some bath amenities such as shampoo , conditioner and soup .
A 20 liters jug of water will be also at your disposal .
Eventually during the stay the guests must acquire these amenities in an additional way.

We manage an autonomous arrival to the property. We will send the instructions and an access code to obtain your key one day before arrival and we will be pending via email & phone for any special request or additional information you may need.
