"There was no staff at the front office. The bellman brought my luggage at the front office, but there was no attendant. I had to wait for 30 minutes before the attendant comes."

"This was my second time reserving this hotel with hotels.com. The stay was horrible. First the reservation was not found. Secondly, I got a breakfast buffet rate, but the hotel refused to offer breakfast. The toilet did not flush. The room was horrible. The staff wasn't very helpful. Please remove this hotel from your listings"

"Terrible hotel. We paid $140 for a two-night stay, but we left immediately after seeing the room. The bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains on them. Although the hotel agreed to issue a refund, we have still not received our money. Very disappointing experience."
