"Loved our stay at the Platinum Seventy Jeddah. The apartment was bigger than I expected, with 2 spacious room, a big living room, a small kitchenette with the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery. The bathrooms were a bit small but functional. The reception team was very welcoming. The breakfast at Fabiano was surprisingly good, didn't expect such an offering. The restaurant looked new or newly renovated, the space was well designed and the furniture seemed new. The breakfast food was good, with some hot food items on the menu changing every day. I'd definitely consider staying there again when in Jeddah."

They did not answer my emails not my phone calls. Finally they answered my relative's WhatsApp Saudi number phone call. That was stressful as I had to also involve Expedia customer service since my check-in was going to be after 1 am. The area is safe, but not a great neighborhood.
We realized that the main door to our apartment would not lock. Again, probably from new renovations. We did not notify the front desk (there was someone there 24 hours and a bell person). We just know how safe Saudi is and left the apartment unlocked as we were too busy to have someone come up and fix it during our short stay. We did inform them on checkout that you can just push the door inward and no key is needed. Would I stay there again? For the price and size, I would. It was close to a lot of things and has great potential for improvement. "
