"Property definitely needs some upgrades I stayed in a swim up room with a clogged shower. The smell was in bearable especially at night. The staff was all male. Which I did not like only because I was a woman traveling alone. "

"Arriving just 2 weeks after the official opening I doubt we will see the hotel this quiet again. It's clearly not going to be fully operational for a few weeks. Only 1 block is open while the other is still being fitted out. The noise is mostly confined to indoors so isn't terribly noticeable. Not all the restaurants were open but they are coming online slowly and there is definitely a lack of signage anywhere. The swim up rooms are lovely (note that the pool isn't heated). "The building is well maintained, staff are polite and nice, the facility is huge so expect a lot of walking, there's 2 drawbacks the food variety is poor except special nights, also the pools are bit boring no musics with little animation, so if you want a quite place to relax this will be your destination."

"The hotel was simply stunning , it’s rare to go to a place that looks better in real life. The staff were so friendly and always wanting to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The snorkelling at the local reefs was spectacular . I would definitely go back again and recommend this beautiful place. "
