"The facility is perfect, the internet at the facility was terrible for us, the staff were not helpful at all. We arrived at the hotel Saturday morning and no one helped us with our bags, we went to the counter to check in and I was thinking they would help us afterwards, they watched us carry our own bags to our room. We went out to do some shopping and when we got back we had a lot of bags, no one offered to help. The next day we went out and shopped, there was one lady the offered to help us....
