"Marriot Marquis is a safe hotel. You have to go through metal detectors and scan personal items similar to the airport every time you enter the hotel. Even though it’s a busy hotel being in the City Center with various events the staff takes the time to remember your name. Everyone is very polite and businesslike. Shout out to Amir and other staff at the Concierge Desk that helped arrange our tours. The hotel is strategically located just across from the Metro Red Line and you can go anywhere in the City with the Metro. The design of the hotel is genious. From the second floor it leads into a shopping Mall with lots of eating places, stores including a large supermarket and the Metro Bridge that takes you over to the Metro Red line. You can buy a day pass for 6 riyals or $US 1.65 equivalent and use it all day to travel all around the City. Uber is very cheap also. We paid the equivalent of US $15 for airport transfer back to the airport. Don’t use the hotel airport transfer if you have Uber app. It’s about 10 times as much. We used it when we arrived but quickly learned that uber was way less expensive. We were on the 32nd floor and the view of the City especially at nights was amazing. We never got a chance to use the hotel restaurants since the food court at the adjoining Mall had some good resturants. For breakfast we particularly loved the 24 hr IHOP at the food court Overall a great hotel that I would book again if I’m ever in Doha again. "

"The room was nice and clean. The staff were amazing and accommodating. The breakfast was great can’t wrong with that! And it’s connected to the mall so it’s very easy to get food! Would definitely recommend staying at rotana!"

"Had early check in, hotel staff was very helpful if needed. Hotel has its own private beach where the staff on beach are very helpful. Free bottled water available during our stay. Used the spa for treatments. And ate in the hotels restaurants where you get discount if a resident. Area is walkable to the stunning city where you find shopping malls and restaurants. Ubers to travel are very cheap. Felt very safe at night. There is a local shop over the road behind the McDonald’s. Make sure you bring clothes to cover up in the respected areas. Definitely would return as enjoyed this place!"

The apartments were spotless, spacious, and the location was excellent—peaceful and quiet. Parking was also very convenient, and the rate was more than reasonable for everything offered. "Excellent service from the start, I was extremely impressed. I have previously stayed at the Ritz Carlton and Raffles, and I must say from a service perspective, this tops them all. The room sizes are very spacious and beds are really comfortable. Location is fantastic, walking distance to the mall and beach club. Concierge service was amazing, especially Jeff who went above and beyond to help guide and advise us. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be back again soon."

"Absolutely Amazing Stay at Pullman West Bay, Doha I recently stayed at the Pullman West Bay Hotel in Doha, and my experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were outstanding - super helpful, polite, and genuinely caring. A special mention to Jacob who was there when I first arrived. He went above and beyond to help me cancel my breakfast add-on with no hassle at all. He also was very helpful in providing me directions. Every staff member I encountered, from reception to housekeeping, was professional, respectful, and full of good energy. The hotel itself is in a beautiful and very convenient location. There’s a mall and plenty of shops nearby, plus fast delivery services. The metro station is right around the corner, which made getting around Doha really easy. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the housekeeping team took such great care of it - even when I hadn’t asked, they made sure everything was neat and tidy. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The vibe, the service, the location -everything was perfect. If I ever return to Doha, I’ll definitely be staying at the Pullman West Bay again. I wouldn’t even look anywhere else!"
