Excellent hotel at perfect location . Spacious room and super fast chk inn by Ms Rona. A special thank you to Ms ayleen at reservations team for room preference upgrade. Super clean room and very well maintained hotel as good as new. Breakfast had a vast selection spread and live cooking . Basement parking with your room access card. It’s my 6 th visit and looking forward to my next staycation with them…thank u team Al bahar🙏❤️

Gaslighting management no hot water

Hotel is okay but management is very bad. Room was clean and pleasant with a nice view of the ocean. We noticed our hot water was not working in the tub. We called for maintenance then went out to the beach. When we got back we checked again- still not working. We call for maintenance again and the guy comes says it just needs to run for awhile and leaves. I set a timer and ran it for 10 minutes- barely a trickle and water is lukewarm if that. The morning of checkout we call again hoping to bathe before leaving. This time 2 maintenance men come and one seems to be more of a management type. They check on it and state that the hot water line is blocked, we should be moved to a new room, and he will inform reception We go down to checkout and inform them- manager states that there is no issue with our water and “all the rooms water is the same” so I guess no one should stay at this hotel if you enjoy having hot water because that is their bs response to the issue.

This hotel resort at the center of fujairah city is beautiful. I love that I didn’t had a problem in finding cab and or the front desk people are very helpful. The outdoor pool is relaxing because of its warm water on cooler days. The only thing that I complained during my stay was the AC, they set it at 24•c /75f which was hot for me! I was trying to adjust it myself but I was unsuccessful, the staff has to call somebody from their engineering dept. and got it fix. They act fast which was great.

The hotel is located at convenient spot on corniche and has a small beach and facilities to relax and unwind. A short walk away and you can enjoy a relaxing walk along the corniche and you can enjoy local beach and surroundings. The local shopping malls are about 5 to10 minutes in a taxi ride.

I went before time of check-in. Christeen in the reception told me i ll charge u bc u came early. Without telling me how was ur trip? Welcone to the hotel nothing just shocked me in our arrival. But after that she tried to help us upon wondering if this is the hospitality? She gave us a room and came to our waiting place to give the key. The hotel is good. The rooms r very spacious and moderm. This is my 4th time there. But my msin complaint No lifeguard on kids swimming pool which is so dangerous. The beach is nice. And the pool is amazing but the jacuzzi is 44degree celesius impossible to stay in it. Should be adjusted.
