Very bad customer service! I take room online Hotels.com i pay also online same website .there customer service waiting for me more than 1 ours why? I prove him received voucher book is guaranteed confirmation number everything i show him .he say always i can't give you room bcs don't show you details in ours systems why like this very poor customer service Otherwise hotel room is very good and clean
