The hotel was ok. Breakfast was not fresh during ramadan. They are not responding to emails or phone calls after stay due to overcharging.

Family visit to Jubail

Firstly, the check was very fast and friendly, after reaching the room I find the panoramic view got shrink. On my request was shifted to another room with panoramic window, but was not spacious as first and what I booked for. Breakfast was awesome. Overall, the staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate as much as possible according to the availability.

Seaside stay for ultimate Relaxation

The hotel location, cleanliness, parking, corner room with magnificent views were awesome. The lobby area was beautiful, calm, and the sea view in the morning was very nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was served beside the lobby for which the seating area was good enough with a delicious buffet. Some of the bad experiences include, first of all, the airconditioning system in the room some of the time makes a similar sound like a helicopter, and on the swimming pool side it was dirty, the pool ladder was broken, located at the roof top outdoor is fine, but was not temperature controlled, therefore freezing.
