Worst stay ever

The hotel stay is not bad, however, the managmet is the worst i ever see in my life, they dont care about there customers and i will never come back ever again. The hotel is not full and they will not give you 1 or 2 hours extra time even i stayed there 5 days just to get 25% extra charge, they would chose to lose there customers for 20$ , and when you asked to talk to the manager 6 hours before leaving he wasn't avilable , moreover, when i insisted they gave me his cell phone number !!!! And the front disc employee need de escalate training. Another thing, i couldnt get them to clean my room in my 4 nights except for one time because the cleaning is only between 4 to 8 pm which is my rest time and the towels are disintegrated to the point that i had to buy a new one from the supermarket.

Nice hotel

My grand daughter trip

I have enjoyed my stay at Normas Hotel in Alkhober city, Saudi Arabia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The room service were very quick and kind . I suggest that the color of window glass to be more brighter.

Through Orbitz, I requested a non smoking room. The room the staff offered smelled badly of smoke. This was unacceptable to us. The property did have a jr. suite available but they required me to pay extra for the room. A 4 star hotel should should be more responsive to it’s customers needs especially in regards to providing non smoking rooms. As it was late, I reluctantly paid the extra charge and waited 30 minutes while they cleaned the room. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Poor hotels.com communication

This hotel refused to accept hotels.com reservation as it was paid and confirmed a day before my arrival the reception refused my booking and said ur room was rented over ... they rented me another bigger room and double the online price and i had no other choice to agree and accept since i have an urgent neeting in aramco .. I blame thier managment for this poor treatment and i hope i get my money back ..

Great hotel for the price

This was my first stay at Normas which is relatively a new hotel in the area. The location is perfect wrt the traffic around the area and the food outlets near it. As for the room, I stayed in a Junior Suite which was spacious, clean and had a great ambience. The amenities were great and complimentary tea/coffee was sufficient. A microwave was also available which is a huge plus for me. The bedding was comfortable but I found the pillows to be too thick for my liking so I’d suggest the have thin pillows as well. The breakfast was good but could be made better by introducing varieties. Currently they have only 3 dishes apart from the usual salad/breas and fool. Overall a great hotel for the price. Will definitely stay again.
