"Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. Every staff member we encountered, including Lina, Ratel, Kanchan, Azar, Fatima, Elif, Hatim, and Linette, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. My mother and I were celebrating our birthdays, and Fatima's thoughtful gesture of organizing a gluten-free cake made our special day even more memorable. Elif, the chef, was incredibly attentive to our dietary needs, preparing delicious gluten-free and vegetarian meals tailored to our preferences. The rest of the staff, including Hatim, were equally friendly and accommodating, remembering our breakfast orders each morning. Linette at the concierge was invaluable in recommending and booking exciting experiences for us to enjoy during our stay. We cannot recommend The Ritz-Carlton enough and look forward to returning in the future."
