"The staff at Riad Olema were kind and attentive throughout our stay, and their day-to-day hospitality was excellent. However, we were charged for a pillow stain and almost charged for a missing shampoo bottle that was clearly in the bathroom (they removed the charge after we pointed it out). They also called us a cab but didn’t tell the driver we were headed to the train station — he was on the way to the airport until I caught it on the map. Apparently, this miscommunication has happened...

The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast each morning was excellent, the rooftop pool and cafe was beautiful, and the rooms (although a bit small) were clean and quiet. "Très bon séjour au riad Awa Seul bémol : les chambres ne se ferment pas et la piscine est tout de même assez petite. Mais le personnel est adorable, on vous accueille avec un thé marocain et surtout à chaque fois qu'on vous ouvre la porte c'est avec le sourire ! "Travelled for 3 nights, 4 days, 2 sisters. Met with a wonderful welcome from the two owners. Very polite, friendly, showed us the places to go in the medina, actually took us there, made us feel safe. Even took us to the taxi area and helped us get a taxi. "We had a room on the groundfloor with access to the picturesque patio. It was very quiet. There is a large beautiful terrace, a quite big plunge pool in another patio. All very beautiful.
