It was a long wait for my poor husband ! "

And where chamber maids were dressed in black and white outfits . The hotel service is excellent, restaurant superb and the rooms spacious and clean. You’ll never forget your stay at Le Metropole. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. "My first time ever to stay at a Four Seasons and I was very disappointed that I didn’t know all pools and beach access was closed due to winter — which was not cold at all and we would have wanted to still enjoy the beach. Breakfast was amazing and beds and pillows and sheets were fantastic!! Staff is formal but nice and will answer all questions. "
