"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. "The Dead Sea Marriott is a beautiful well designed resort. I came here with with my elderly parents and my Mom is disabled, We had no problem moving around the resort (except for the beach area). I only wish they would install one of those hydraulic chairs to help disabled people get into the pools. Overall I love this place and would definitely come back."
