"From the moment we stepped into the hotel the experience was excellent. Concientious and helpful staff made check in a breeze, and throughout the entire stay ran to open doors, did everything they could to be helpful, and made my kids smile.

The room was clean, modern and well maintained. When looking at pictures of the hotel we were sure the room was an AI image - it did in fact look exactly as nice as the pictures showed.
The hotel itself is bright and clean and the staff take a lot of care to make sure it always looks inviting.
The meals were excellent, and the wait staff was eager to help and made sure to seat us in a place that was comfortable for our large family with small kids. There was a large variety of great food, something for everyone even picky kids.
The indoor playground in the hotel is a great add on for familied with kids, and the woman working there was kind and spent a long time playing with our kids so we could have a break.
The pool area is also clean and a great size - not too massive that we couldn't keep track of the kids, but big enough to feel luxurious. The kids pool is great as well, and there were plenty of towels at all times.
The hotel is situated in a great location on Yas island, roughly a 5-10 minue taxi to anywhere you want to go. We also took advantage of the free hotel shuttle to the parks which left and arrived exactly on time.
