It was a pleasant stay, the room was clean with an amazing view. The hotel is close to almost everything. But we faced one problem the parking area is too small and when I came in the afternoon to park my car, one of the tires touched the parking curb and what I didn’t know is that it was just repainted, as a result the tire was painted yellow and it was rented car. + I don’t think rush hour is good timing for repainting the parking curb, it should have been when people are sleeping so it can...

Room is very clean, staff are friendly

Lovely reception staff, very forthcoming and ready to help! Room bit dated but very clean. Location was perfect for me though in Saudi everything is spread out so might not suit everyone. It's only 10 minutes walk away from the sea. I did walk from the hotel to the promenade on my own and felt quite safe ( haven't seen anyone else walking that distance as everybody else is driving ) All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect

For its listed price, this place is much better by a mile compared to others. In this property, you will have basically a 1-bedroom apartment complete with full kitchen and dining and washing machine and dishwasher. Excellent choice for any long-term traveler

Convenient place with helpful staff. The house keeping didn’t do my room on the first day (wasn’t a weekend) then they knocked the door when I had the DND sign up.

Excellent business hotel. Room are extremely comfortable and very professional staff with a smile. The location is very accessible and convenient to shopping mall. Very fast free internet. Convenient grab and go snack bar and the lounge area to the side of the lobby is a pleasure to sit in. The GM is frequently in the lobby to listen to guest comments. Wouldn't stay anywhere else while in the Eastern Province.

The Sofitel is the grande dame of hotels in Alkhobar. It is always my hotel of choice when visiting the City. I Loved the views of both the gulf sea and the city view.
