"We stayed with my wife and our small dog. When we arrived, we noticed a giant German shepherd wandering aimlessly in the large garden in the middle. There is definitely no security guard or staff member monitoring the surroundings at the hotel. While we were looking for our keys at the door when we returned to our room in the evening, the German shepherd attacked our small dog from behind. Our dog's ribs were broken, and we had to take him to the emergency vet. Our vacation is ruined. We spent...

Everything—from the room to the service—was absolutely perfect, and I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my time there. A special thanks to Mr. Serdar, General Manager, for going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. His friendly attitude, helpfulness, and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed and really made a difference in my experience.
