"Our stay at Alaçatı Marina Palace Otel was truly wonderful! The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially Begum, who was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Hussain, the manager, was also very attentive and did his best to assist us from the moment we checked in. He helped arrange a private day tour to Ephesus and Şirince Village with a reliable driver, Masood, who spoke good English and stayed with us from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The trip was smooth, enjoyable, and very well organized. The hotel’s location is convenient , just about a 10-minute taxi ride to Çeşme Marina, a lovely area to explore. Communication can sometimes be a challenge in Turkey, but the staff here made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, this was our best stay in Turkey , excellent service, great people, and a beautiful place. Highly recommended!"

"We had a lovely stay at Biblos. However there is not enough « activities » for adults. For example, a lounge with a pianist or with some soft jazzy music where we can have a coffee or a drink. This would have been really appreciated ."

"Another Amazing Stay! This was our second year staying at this hotel, and once again, they did not disappoint! The location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a premium room, which was a wonderful touch—especially since we were traveling with a toddler. The pool, beach, and water slides were absolutely fantastic and kept our little one entertained for hours. Whether you're traveling with kids or not, this hotel has something for everyone. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation experience!"

"The stay in Alacati was very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young teenagers) with a large room fitted with 2 sofa bed's. Breakfast was very nice served next to the pool. The hotel is conveniently located close to the waling part of the city, but away from the noise and party of the night. Our only major issue was that the room aircon was not able to refrigerate properly, so the room felt warm in the night."
