Typical Continental Breakfast but the cook was amazing! The front desk ladies were great and super helpful. The hotel is old, a little run down, but clean and kept up. Worth the money and then some! We slept great there! The staff was amazing. It is close to restaurants and easy to get on the highway. We will definitely stay if we are in need again!

We came into town for construction work. It was freezing cold the morning we arrived and weren't able to work. I called and spoke with Schelley, explained our situation. She was so understanding and said I found you some rooms that you can check in early and come warm up. Upon arrival she was just as kind in person. We have stayed here multiple times and the staff is always excellent. Schelley went above and beyond to help us. Anytime i am in the Gainesville area, I will make sure to stay here. Thank you

Easy convenient location, comfortable beds. Got a second floor room facing the pool, and it was fairly quiet. The main lobby reeks of old cigarettes, so that’s a bit unpleasant. The hotel offers free breakfast, which we did not try due to the odor in the lobby. The room was clean, showed some wear and tear, but I could tell they try to keep the place tidy.

We stayed here instead of Gainesville because of the prices for alumni weekend at UF. The staff and housekeeper were amazing, but when we got to our room, it smelled like smoke (non smoking room), the bedside lampshade had a crack in it, paint on bathroom was peeling, and other general aesthetic issues. Just a suggestion that the property should invest in some cosmetic work.

Most of the staff was were nice. Had to ask for towels, some times they didn't have any clean, had to wait. Breakfast was a bust. No hot food. Coffee ran out had to wait. No cream cheese. Was told the hotel was to cheap to have cream cheese.

Since we travel with a service dog, it was very convenient since we had a room facing that courtyard. We never got the shower towels, and the breakfast was basic; we didn't get eggs on Monday, Labor Day breakfast. The lady at the front desk was charming, but we never got the towels that we requested
