The maintenance guy had a new chair delivered to my room -- I kid you not -- in five minutes. Those two made my stay exceptional. The property is well-kept and the location is excellent."

"We are staying 2x in a row because of its $ value & 15 minute drive to Orientation & hopefully a dorm. Breakfast is ok. Snack bar doesn’t exist but WAwa across the street & super restaurants too. Indoor pool smells like you expect. Housekeeping responsive to towels. Ok counter, bar tops, desk & shower. Plumbing was odd-toilet was weird, but fixed itself after a fight. Carts for luggage easy. Ice machine close by. Felt save & front desk was super kind and patient."

"Overall the room was clean. Housekeeping seemed to miss the small things, coffee stains on the cubby and spider webs on the lights. Breakfast was good and the coffee was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel (I like a strong coffee). The downside was other hotel guest yelling on their phones while walking up and down the hall, and others playing grabass pushing each other out of the rooms (they were from a restoration company staying at the hotel) can’t blame the hotel for that."

"Staff was great. Rooms are aging and aren't "clean in the corners", but acceptable for the price. Pool was great, but a net for removing bugs would have been nice. We picked 1 up after the first day, as pool bugs are expected, but should be netted daily, or at least a net available, Beds and bedding comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water. Ice Macines and laundry have been updated. Breakfast was the low point. We were there for 5 nights, and there were no eggs or meat restocked on the buffet any day that we were there. Pretty much waffles, apples, and cereal. We had to leave the hotel daily for an acceptable meal. This is my experience this year which has improved (other than breakfast) from consecutive stays over the last 7 years. ."
