"This place has a great location, but other than that, it is not worth it. The rooms are pretty small. The bathroom is smaller than those from a cruise. One person at a time. No signs outside with the name of the place. Make sure to remember the number. The AC is very weak and takes forever to cool down the room. Summers in Madrid are pretty hot. Again, for the price, there are a lot of other places better than this one."

"I rented this place in November of last year when I purchased Bad Bunny tickets. The location was great for the stadium. I asked a question back in November that was finally answered last Friday (it’s June), to give an example of communication from host. The room had an odor, probably because of the jacuzzi which is right in the room. When the fan in the room is on (accompanied by blue LED’s), the smell of mold fills every corner. "Great little hotel. At first I thought it would be hard to find, but once you know where to look it’s actually very easy. The building does have a lift, though it’s tucked behind the stairs. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was small and basic, but exactly what we needed. A bit tired in places, but the price reflects that. The location was amazing — a real great find. Highly recommend"
