"Pool the had freezing water it was cold cold! The jacuzzi was also so cold , I asked the front desk if it didn’t had heated water and they said it was not working, sad thing because I chooched this hotel so my kids could had fun in the pool but , the fun didn’t last long because the water never got warm they were so cold even it was a sunny day "

"The hotel is decent for the price. The room was clean, but the windows are super thin so you can hear all of the traffic from the highway all night long. The location is good. It’s directly across from a hospital and there’s a Walmart and target down the street. overall if you’re just staying for a night or two, this is a good option"

"Yes, room was very clear, staffed were excellent and friendly. "

"Room had no refrigerator or microwave. People were entering in and out through the night. People were taking loud and disturbing my sleep!!!! "

"Our toilet clogged within an hour of checking in on Friday afternoon. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would come, so we left for the evening. When we returned around 8pm, no one had come to fix it. The receptionist then offered another room or maintenance the next day so instead of packing our bags we chose to wait for the following morning. By the next morning, the issue still had not been addressed. After running errands, I had to go to the front desk in person to explain that it had been nearly 24 hours without a working toilet and that we had been using the lobby restroom. At that point, I was told the toilet clogged because toilet paper should not be flushed, something we were never informed of at check-in. The receptionist mentioned some staff were new and may have forgotten to explain this, and also shared that she herself had been unclogging guest toilets due to short staffing. While she was polite, this situation was extremely inconvenient and could have been avoided with proper communication and faster response."

"Staff, location to hospital, room, fitness room were all great. The only question/issue was there was no tv in the living area of our suite. I would still stay again. "
