"Everything was great, besides the room cards kept having issues and we would have to keep going to get them reset. Since this property requires cards to be used for pretty much every entrance and elevator is was a hassle. Besides that everything was good."

"Incompetent personnel at guest services/check-in. Blatant lies about hotel policies - when called out for it, person in front cited, "there's more fine print." Either train the employees better or find someone who can make decisions, use common sense, and hopefully put 2 and 2 together. Overall, the property looks nice but don't be fooled.
