1. Pet Fee: $250 per pet (non-refundable).
The first pet is charged automatically. If you are bringing more than one, the additional fee will be requested separately. Pets are welcome with prior approval.

2. Extra guests: An additional fee of $25 per guest, per night will apply for any guests beyond 8. We kindly ask that you ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests to avoid any unexpected charges.

3. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation.

Emergency support is available 24/7. For all other inquiries, our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm MST (Arizona time).

Maintenance required

It’s ok but the furnishings was very slim. No toaster no spashulas coffee pot took a very long time to make coffee dryer door didn’t stay shut. No wash clothes. Very few towels.Needs a few days of maintenance… outside was filthy…
