"Clean rooms, 4-5th stay here, always consistently good. Approximate to Great Sand Dunes and plenty surrounding activities. Included is a voucher for made to order hot breakfast at on site restaurant. Also equally consistent and good."

"This motel does not make a good first impression. The motel could definitely use some TLC,. With that said, members of the staff were polite and responsive to our concerns. The facility and the room were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Restaurants, shopping, and a Tesla Super Charger are nearby. Making this an ideal location."

"Justin, the host was very responsive and pleasant. Home is updated on the inside, which matters most, but the outside is a little rough. I’d recommend bringing a box fan for the bedrooms, as there is no AC and are no ceiling fans. Might not be a big deal for those that are used to not having ac. Kids loved the game room, and the friendly neighborhood deer are a nice surprise. The two larger mattresses are REALLY firm, but surprisingly we woke up feeling great. Location is nice - things you need are very close, and the neighborhood is quiet and respectful."

"Very clean, Host available responsive if needed. Kitchen equipped adequately, Safeway very close if necessary. Air conditioning & grill a thoughtful addition. Only used both once but loved the amenity. Also an outdoor lounge area that is not in the pictures. Overall loved it during our time there. Great for visiting parents of Adams!"
