The Kramer Residence: A/C, Youtube, Netflix

  • The kitchen is equipped with a stove, pots and pans , cooking utensils, microwave oven, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker, etc. An SUV with a driver is available for an additional fee.
    The house is in Alangalang, Leyte, a town far enough from the water in case of bad weather yet close enough to drive to the beaches and resorts. Grocery store is about 10 mins away. On-site house keeper will perform housekeeping duties once a week for 1,000.00php.

    This is a two story home with 3 bedrooms , one full bath and a half bath downstairs accessible from the living room. Fully functional kitchen.
