"We truly enjoyed our stay at this little retreat just outside the city of Quito. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and informative about the surrounding areas. He gave us great tips on when and where to visit in and around the city with insider info given his life lived in the area. "Carolina Park across the road was great for walking and exercise, full of attractions for family fun. The Botanic gardens was lovely outing, beautiful, interesting display of native and exotic flora and a10 min. Walk across the street. The staff were not only courteous and efficient, they went out of their way to accommodate my every need unexpectedly as I don’t speak Spanish. Thankfully several of them did. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the metro which takes you to many tourist attractions, most of the places you will want to see around the city in just a few minutes. Great spot and you won’t be sorry to stay. As a sole traveller, I ate at the hotel every night and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with many healthy options available and the dinner menu was very good, nicely presented by the chef. AND the best margaritas I have had in Quito by far. Would happily revisit!"
