"As soon as i finished my lunch my tongue was cut in which my mouth was full of blood, talk to the receptionist who said see the doctor and he wasn't present, seen by the nurse instead. She tried to direct me to the private hospital that was contracted with them but i was loosing precious time and said i would go by myself. Went to the hospital and i was charged for 1,000 YTL at first registration, the doctor saw my tongue, had two stitches, then they said i need to pay additional 5,000 YTL only...
