Nice hotel if you don't have mobility issues

This is a nice adult only hotel. It is little bit outside central Alanya but you can get to central in just few minutes with a taxi. Hotel has a pool and you can also use the beach club they are connected with. Is you have mobility issues this might not be the best option as it has stairs and no elevator. Hotels manager and staff are their asset. All are professional, nice and ready to help with any problems you might have.

Frühstück und Essen müssen die besser machen. Für das Geld ist es sehr schlecht. Aber die Mitarbeit vor allem Fikret hat uns viel geholfen. Danke Fikret. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Aber diesmal ohne Frühstück und Essen im Hotel 😃

⭐ 1 von 5 Sternen Wir sind am selben Tag wieder abgereist, da das Hotel leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand war. Die Toilette war dreckig und defekt, das Zimmer insgesamt ungepflegt, dunkel und stark abgelegen. Besonders für Frauen fühlte sich die Umgebung abends unsicher an – absolut nicht zentral gelegen und außerhalb alles andere als einladend. Zudem herrschte unangenehmer Geruch rund um das Hotel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist einzig die schöne Dekoration und das freundliche Personal vor Ort. Leider wurde uns jedoch trotz Zusage keine Rückerstattung gewährt, obwohl uns schriftlich bzw. mündlich versprochen wurde, dass wir den vollen Betrag zurückbekommen, falls wir das Hotel wechseln. Dieses Versprechen wurde nicht eingehalten, was uns sehr enttäuscht hat – zumal wir keine Nacht dort verbracht haben. Fazit: Sehr enttäuschend. Leider keine Empfehlung – vor allem aufgrund des schlechten Zustands, der Lage und des nicht eingehaltenen Wortes. :(

Ich bin enttäuscht. Ich war im dem Hotel vor neun Monaten und der war super gut.! Hotel ist deutlich schlechter geworden! Frühstück viel schwächer (fast gar keine Obst, Gemüse, Kaffeemaschine, ständig in Reparatur, Personal sitzt einfach mit Handy und lässt die Gäste bei schmutzigen Tischen sitzen). Zimmer sind auch viel schmutziger geworden. ( Bei mir im Zimmer konnte ich gar keine einzige Tour schließen. (Haupttor., Balkontür, sogar WC Tür). Duschkabine sind richtig verkalkt und schmutzig.

Bruchbude ohne richtige Küche (nur schwache Frühstück wird angeboten) mit stinkenden „Badezimmern“ (1.5 m2 !) . Ich empfehle dieses Haus niemanden, der bisschen von sich hält ! Die kleine Zimmern mit stinkenden WC/Bad sind ein Witz. Wir kommen nie wieder dort ! Finger Weg !!!

Desverre et skuffende opphold. Bildene stod ikke til forventningene. Sterke duftpinner på rommet, som om en annen lukt skulle kamufleres. Sengetøyet var skittent. Ingen heis og veldig mange trapper opp til rommet. Bookingen sa at frokost var inkludert - her ble skuffelsen enda større. Vi fikk servert et lite fat hver med få matvarer. Juice i plastikkglass. Hotellet ligger langt unna den tilhørende beach cluben.

Gerek çalışanları, gerekse hizmet anlayışı birçok yıldızlı otelden daha iyi. Zaten club ve beach clubdakilerin konaklaması için var olan bir işletme ama gerçekten sadece konaklama içinde ideal. Tek eksiği otelde kalanlar için biraz daha aktivite olsa tadından yenmez.

Bir günlük solo tatilim

Otel denizden uzakta, bir küçük havuzu var sadece. Odası da küçüktü. Duvara bakıyordu odanın balkonu. Otelde hiç bir imkan yok. Oda kahvaltı idi geç kahvaltıyı ücretli yapmışlar. Güzel olan şeyi gece 12 de gece kulübü eğlence olanağı sunması. Sessiz değildi otelin yakınında düğün salonu vardı.

Great place!

The place was amazing. The only negative for me was the bathroom shower. Water kept coming out. The hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. The breakfast Turkish food was so delicious. The bed was big and comfy. The beach club near by was superb. I enjoyed my stay at the illusion beach club hotel.

Have been in a lot of places in the world. But must say, never experienced such good service before. Planing to come back next month to the same hotel. The staff was so helpful and service minded. Beautiful hotel
