What a most enjoyable hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel in all respects, if you have a family with children, do not hesitate, this is the hotel for you. GOOD HOTEL

This is the second year I stay at this hotel. To be honest, last year I felt better at the hotel, especially the level of food which disappointed me greatly this year. The rest of the things are unchanged and very good, the pools, the slides, the rooms, the level of the desserts, the shows and everything else was perfectly fine. Those who are looking for service and a high level of food, this is less the right hotel for them. Those looking for pools and slides, I do recommend it.

Some body was trying to sell us something all the time, it was tiring to keep saying no all the time. This place is not all inclusive, we had to pay for orange juice in the morning and we had to pay for a lot of the activities. Spent a lot of money in 4 days.

We arrived at midnight so checked in late. We got to our room and then receive a call from reception saying they gave us the wrong room. We already travelled so far and was not happy with this. They showed us another room which smelt so bad of cigarettes. Then finally showed us another room which we stayed in. A lot of messing around when checking in which was very disappointing first impression of the resort. Some staff were really unfriendly. Would not stay here again.

Everything was great the food the rooms the service you will find everything in the hotel do not have to go out for a minute all the time in the evening mid-day there are shows everything is clean recommends to families only one thing was wrong the elevator on each side one elevator always works load on elevator sometimes wait over half an hour for elevator except everything Good

As a Brittish and Turkish National I'd say that the hotel itself and the beach was flawless, however i am a very social person and it seemed like the hotel was catered for tourists from the eastern bloc countries which effectively left my family outside the traditional fun and games, we were very alienated it felt like it was our first day of secondary school again, they are nice people but seem to have a bit of a cold oura about them... Loved the entertainment team especially Alpaslan who happened to be an arm wrestling champ 3rd in Turkey... So much to do and explore and great value for your money but lacking that British spark.. The hotel have everythink that family want for ideal holiday, however the place feels too busy and cramped because it too much going on little themes everywhere stairs and elevation in every 10 meter give you a sense of of clostoogobia, they need to open up some spaces, lobby and receptions os too small for the amount of visitors they having , in restaurant it was so busy which is a good sign but waiters where not attentive in providing help with plates and knives and forks, the rooms are not sound proofed as there is a busy motorway near by and you hear every vehicle pasing, we booked a birthday table but we had no message of birthday or even mentioned from staff, rooms are dated, but there is some good amenities out there, kids play pools, water park, private beach, seaview, i just think the place need a good renovation , free up some spaces and it will be a fantastic hotel ..

Hard to choose a rating for this resort. The place is nice, very very big with LOTS of people (mostly Russians who are unbelievably rude) but there are a few downsides that semi ruined it for our family. Pros: Great aqua park! Pools are awesome Some good shows at night Multiple places to eat Cons: For an all inclusive resort they still try get you to buy things/pay for things (like orange juice at breakfast), popcorn, candy floss. People are rude! The workers and the thousands of Russians. Cigarette smoke everywhere!! If you are non smokers like us you will hate the fact that people smoke anywhere and everywhere. It’s hard to enjoy your lunch or the show when someone is smoking right next to you. I tried very hard to fan it away from my baby. I had booked what I thought was a double twin room but turned out to be a tiny room with a double bed and single sofa bed. Heard from other guests that they weren’t happy with their room too. I could go on but I think you get the gist. All in all we had a good time although we would not go back to this resort.

Family holiday

We stayed in the Family Duplex - room split over two levels - this was ideal as the kids had their own space and TV (and mini fridge) The room was spacious and clean - we had a balcony but it didn't really catch the sun - this may have been due to time of year (Oct). It had a view of the mountains and a river - not Sea view which was roads facing so in my option our view was better for us. The hotel's pools were excellent - plenty for the kids (2 water parks and a pirate ship, also a toddler pool with climbing and slide things)- although all 'adult' pools were 1.4m deep so our kids had to stick with he kiddie ones - which was a bit of a pain when we wanted to relocate for bit of music and activities in the 'main' pool (entertainment) area. Food was excellent through out - good standards and plenty of choice - they have a la carte but we didn't try them as the kids were happy with the main hall. We visited in Oct and the place was nicely active - not over crowded - although if you were going to dinner after 7:30 it was very busy. Unfortunately the hotel was at the end of the season and ready to close during our last few days which meant it was quiet and the food was minimal - but I don't blame the hotel for this at all - although it would have been nice to be informed and even offered some a la carte options instead of halving the buffet options (on the last day there was very little for breakfast/lunch.

Vasat bir otel

Otel ve imkanları çok iyi ancak otel yönetimi maalesef çok kötü. Otel resepsiyonundaki ön büro müdürü Murat beyde dahil olmak üzere sözünde durmayan bir personel ile karşı karşıyaydım. Rezervasyon günümden bir gün önce arayarak otele 12 gibi geleceğimi bildirdim ve resepyondaki personel de oda müsaitliği dahil uygun olduğunu teyit etti. Gittiğimde ise uygun olmadığını ve beklemem gerektiğini bildirdiler. Bende saat 14 e kadar bekledim ama odamı saat 14 de zar zor alabildim. Yemeklerde masa bulunmuyor, garsonlar ilgisiz ve yetersiz. Yemek bittikten sonra içecekler ancak gelebiliyor. Otel yönetiminin gerekli düzenlemeleri yapmadığı durumda otelin vasat olduğu bir gerçektir.
