On first day when we arrived our room was not ready at the midnight I asked about transfer from the airport as it's 2h was booked but nobody was waiting for us I had to find it by my own. Manager transfered us to another was when we don't get even after 18h trip bottle of water ac doesn't work and was so warm. When we arrived after 8am for a breakfast our room was still not ready we had to wait on a beach until noon. Food was not good not tasty cakes had lots of sugar not even some Turkish special food our cakes. Breakfast was completely disappointed and very simply not any note to Any foot what is this..in a room cleaning stuff changed only towels we spent 12 days and our sheets never was changed. We went for 2 days to Trip and we don't get clean towels I drop off them on the ground and noone changed them. Was dirty floor and never hovered. Mirror was never cleaned during all stay. We got room with sea view was was nice but that it's. Room was so noisy we could not sleep there. We heard everything from the street. Beach doesn't look nice not Sand there too much stones so it's not easy to walk into. I will not back there definitely. Drinks it's only beer or wine they charged €6-11 for some cocktails so it's completely overcharge. Only one girl from the reception can speak fluent English some guy talk to us Russian but I said that I don't understand I'm disappointed of this hotel I had to paid for first night but I even Was not there as they transferred to old hotel next too

I would give the hotel a rating of 9/10, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who reads my post and wants to visit Alanya, if they want a cheap price, spacious room, spacious bed, spacious bathroom

The room of the hotel is excellent, just like the services, the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The food is also outstanding, fresh and a variety fitting into diets as well (with the understandable limits).
