"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "Very friendly staff and the dinner I had at the restaurant was delicious. I would suggest that the bathroom in the room I stayed in is in need of renovation. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and the location was great."

"Friendly check-in and checkout. Our room was very clean and quiet on the third floor. The whole hotel is maintained very well and it’s very clean. Our room had an odd layout, though with the TV directly above the sofa which was odd. Beds are very comfortable and there’s a full kitchen and big bathroom, but the shower is small. Complementary wash and dryer on the 11th floor with a few of each supplied. Breakfast was great. They were scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, make your own waffles, and many other food items. Breakfast area has lots of room to sit and it’s also very well maintained. I knew about the parking ahead of time so we just parked in the parking lot on the corner of 12th and market which is $24 a night/$25.20 with the surcharge total per night. We had no issues parking there. There are garages within a block around the hotel if you would prefer that, but don’t know the charges for those. Location is convenient to see sites in the area. We found it very quiet and a safe location. Overall, we had a great nights day."

"My dad and I had a nice stay at this property. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. You might want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the floors are squeaky and there is a tenant who lives upstairs. I had no problems with my ear plugs in at night "

"When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. When I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t a major concern she was still very stern and strict, making sure that she was the one in charge and not me. She made me very upset and I just ended up leaving because there was no debating her rules and regulations Customer Service has gone downhill where the customer is never right and you have to put up with unsatisfactory Customer Service. "

"The place is nice, plenty of space, beautifully decorated and very updated. The kitchen was very nice and so were the bathrooms. A true pleasure to have stayed there for the weekend. They have paid lots of attention to details that truly enhance the stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. "
