When we arrived for our stay, they had no record of the booking, and informed us there was no hot water. Used bathroom facilities whilst there- filthy with dead flies everywhere and no paper. A beautiful medieval town. Driving in is like a fairytale coming to life. We visited in September, so I don’t if it is always so quiet, but we nearly had the whole place to ourselves
