"This apartment was very nice. It is new and was very clean. The sheets are a bit rough, but beds were comfortable. It was a bit hot so we were happy to have air conditioning although you have to leave the bedroom doors open as there is just one unit in the living room. We never went to the pool because we were so busy exploring this charming town and surroundings. We were disappointed that the Ninfa Gardens is only open a few days a month and the tours of the castle is only in Italian. However,...

"The apartment was perfect for our stay. Our favourite part was the beautiful, big balcony with a view. The little kitchen balcony was perfect for morning coffees. Anna was so kind and attentive. Overall the apartment was big, beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and I’d recommend it to everyone."

"Io e mio figlio non potevamo pensare a una vacanza cosi meravigliosa! la casa è in centro di SUBIACO grande , spaziosa e pulitissima-- con tutti i conforts--il proprietario da top 10--vicino alle cascate del fiume ANIENE --via principale con tutti i negozi-e a pochi km da MONTE LIVATA--ci tornero appena possibile--la consiglio a tutti specialmente a chi piace la montagna--"

"Everything was great with one exception. We were not warned that the building heating system was turned off for the season. On the first few days of our stay in late May the weather was quite cold. We contacted building management and they were very helpful in supplying a portable electric heater to take the edge off the cold."

"Perfect location like staying in the forest, the building is a little outdated. The apartment itself is extremely clean if on the smaller side - it is a studio( kitchen including). Anthony is a perfect host."
