Villa Maru I by Villa Plus

Situated in a fantastic location, Villa Maru I is just a short walk to the restaurants and cafes of Calan Porter, whilst the nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk away. This semi detached, 3 bedroom villa is light and spacious and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The swimming pool is very inviting on a hot summer’s day. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Maru I has a great location, 5 minutes’ walk from the amenities of Calan Porter, where you’ll find a mini market for all your essentials. Choose from a plethora of restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. The nearest supermarket is a 15 minute drive from the villa. The famous attraction, the Caves of Xoroi, are just a 10 minute walk away. Calan Porter is an ideal base, being just a short drive from the airport and the capital Mahon.

Main pool: 8 x 3.5 mtr, 0.8 - 1.7 mtr depth

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
