Great stay. The staff is super friendly and the convenience of the proximity to the beach, where breakfast and chairs and place is reserve as part of the hotel fee, is great! Definitely I will stay here again

Il nostro soggiorno non è iniziato bene, a causa di un overbooking tra diversi sistemi di prenotazione on-line. Una volta capito il problema, Sandro, Luigina e Carmen hanno fatto di tutto per venirci incontro e mitigare i disagi. Hanno fatto davvero un ottimo lavoro e di questo li ringraziamo. La struttura non è nuova, ma la pulizia e le misure di prevenzione Covid-19 sono state davvero all'altezza. La colazione presso lo chalet è discreta, potrebbe migliorare con più varietà nelle scelte. Molto utile il servizio gratuito delle bici, ma i mezzi avrebbero bisogno di una revisione. Comunque complimenti a tutta la squadra della Pergola per essere riusciti a mantenere un buon livello anche in un momento molto complicato come questo.
