"Whilst there were some great amenities at this hotel, the service was terrible. Check in took over 2 hours and our bathroom developed a leak in the ceiling. We had to ask 4 times for someone to look at it by which time the leak had spread across the ceiling and there was constant dripping. They made a hole in the ceiling at the point of the original leak but left the second area until we had complained a further twice. They removed the ceiling tile and left a bucket under it to catch the drip....
"Extremely noisy, kids music blaring out until 11.30pm, in room it eat like we were on the stage. Phone in room not connected to anything, air on not working,
It the place for a relaxing stay.
Staff not interested about issues.
Only stay if you are deaf!"
