"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"The hotel is a new concept, very modern. The facilities are great, with direct private beach access, a pool, and three small jacuzzis. There is a large restaurant area and a bar zone. The food was the second best thing, extremely good. Great margarita and good selection of wines! Yet, there are no snacks between 5-8PM, just club sandwich or beef burger. At the beach, the beach beds are assigned based on your room band, which seems unfair, and some beds are reserved for the hotels owner's...

"The staff is rude : doesn't Say hello and respond when we Say it. They give us only one room card for 3 adults in the room and refused to give another which created issues and inconfort. During the breakfast, they are harcelling us to take the vessels and dont let us finish to get ouf breakfast in calm. The swimming pool in picture used for promotion is billeable 25euros. Overall i dont recommend the stay, for this Price we Can expect a better experience and services from the staff "

"Awful parking. Very pretentious hotel. A lot of building work around property. No table in room. Cannot use the pool before 10:30am and after 5/6pm. No shuttle service to/from town. Staff helpful where they can be. No real area to wind down/relax aside from room before and after those hours.

"Really great hotel, and amazing staff. Don’t trust the location per Hotels.com - it’s not really walkable in hotter months to the centre of town - but you can get a taxi and the staff were kind enough to drop me back into town when I left. When I visited it was new so there was no restaurant facilities, but they were so helpful to detail delivery options which I did very easily and I really couldn’t fault it for the price and I was happy to have a Netflix and chill evening as I didn’t have a car...
