"We had four families sharing the house with 7 kids ranging in age from 5-10. There was so much to keep the kids busy, which we all loved. The kids especially loved the pool and fishing in the pond but they stayed busy in the basement as well. The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need for cooking. There was plenty of parking and plenty of outdoor seating. There were plenty of linens and lots of extra blankets. We had a great time and would love to return again!"

"We loved the size, decor and set up. Perfect for a big group. We initially thought we had a private pool on property, but the pool is hidden in the neighborhood. We finally asked someone in the neighborhood where the pool/hottub was in the picture and found it. Price wise "

"We can to attend the Rolley Hole Championship. This farmhouse was perfect. Very spacious and clean. Perfect for relaxing. Loved the farm animals down the road behind us. Highly Recommend!"

"Peaceful location about 1/2 mile from the main road with very little road noise. Really , the only noise was from the cattle in the field across the road. Property is as listed and convenient to Monticello and Beaver Creek Marina. Lots of boat trailer parking."

"The home was well supplied. The view was amazing. We really enjoyed having a black stone available. We loved having breakfast on the second story deck. "Small cabin located in neighborhood close to old oil refinery (looked like one). Marina was fairly close - $5 to launch. Cabin clean. Very hot upon arriving (close to 100 degrees outside this day). Took several hours for it to get comfortable. Able to sit outside in shade comfortably until cool. Bedroom was still hot. Had to use the 2 fans provided as the fan on ceiling light didn’t work. Consider Buying your own water as water tasted funny to me. Overall had a good stay. "
