"Room was like brand new, comfortable bed, breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Only downside was parking which required a short walk from a nearby parking lot which was $10 per day. The weather was good, but if was raining or snowing it would be a pain "

"Great stay overall. The hotel is ideally located in downtown Albany and is clean and comfortable throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, with the chef preparing a perfect omelette. The host was also very pleasant to speak with. "The room was nice but we weren’t aware it had a door to the room next to it. I could see shadows under the door and hear them clearly. That was very off putting. Especially when I paid extra and upgraded to a suite for more room and privacy. "

"The photos alone do not do this place justice! Walking into the home was a sight to see. Beautiful art as well as a great selection of books on display.The host was an incredible help to us as well! We had a last minute situation where us & 4 dogs needed a place to stay from early afternoon to later in the day. The host was able to assist us with both an early Check-in, as well as asking if we needed any accommodations and/or aid while settling in! I have many experiences using Vrbo & other similar sites for Albany, but no other host has matched up to the communication and assistance that I’ve received here!I wish I needed this location for a night out in Albany with my partner because it is definitely a location to check out!
