We loved the apartment, we were very comfortable and really enjoyed the space, and the very walkable area, including Lincoln Park. Incredibly close to major spots in Downtown Albany. Highly recommend for traveling families.
If wanting to visit Albany this is an excellent choice in a cool building. We enjoyed the amenities of the apartment and the ease of getting around. Walking distance to restaurants.
Awesome 2 bedroom apartment that my spouse and I as well as my sister, her husband and neice really enjoyed and felt very comfortable at. Clean, well priced and accurate listing. Would absolutely book again when in the area.
We needed a last minute stay,we were very happy to find this listing.Linda, the host was always available and answered all our, many, questions within a few minutes. This place is literally brand new inside, very clean and very comfortable. It’s such a nice place, we have already rebooked a few days in the future.
We were very happy with our stay. The vrbo was very clean, well laid out and neighbourhood was quiet. Beds were comfy and we even got a new couch delivered when we walked in the door. :) We loved staying in a historical building too!
The one small recommendation i would make is not to supply cheap, single ply toilet paper.

Overall our stay was good. Plenty of space for 3 people. The host was very quick to respond. The neighbors were very friendly. There were a few areas in the apartment where there were small damages but overall was clean. There was construction going on in the surrounding apartments which woke us up in the morning.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Linda's apartment while attending my son's robotics competition at the MVP Arena, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The apartment was exactly as described—modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect home away from home, with all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Its proximity to the arena made it even more convenient, allowing us to focus on the event without any hassle.I also want to highlight how fantastic Linda was as a host. I initially messed up my reservation, but she was incredibly accommodating and worked with me to resolve the issue, despite it being entirely my fault. Her willingness to assist made a stressful situation so much easier.Overall, I had an excellent stay and would definitely choose this apartment again if I'm ever in the area. Highly recommend! Thank you, Linda!
My son and I used this property for an overnight trip for an event at MVP Arena. The apartment was beautiful. The floors had just been redone and everything was clean and neat. It was very easy communicate with Linda and she always answered very quickly with any of my questions. My son was very happy that we each had our own bedroom unlike a hotel, because evidently I snore. Although we only spent roughly 4 hours in the apartment before heading off to our event, which was a short drive down the road it was very convenient coming home later that night to a permit only parking space and a nice clean apartment to stay in. Definitely recommend this listing if you are doing something in the city.
Pictures don’t do this justice. What a cute place. Easy to get to; I no longer live in the area but my whole family attended Bishop Maginn, so it was an easy, perfect location to find. Both downtime but tucked away. The place was adorable especially the patio. Thank you
Very clean, all new appliances and furniture. I enjoyed my stay there. One recommendation is to put a blind or window tint/decal on the window next to the door.
Zero communication until VRBO got involved. I cannot review the inside of the property, as I never actually went inside. Inaccurate description of the building and location. It is NOT a family friendly neighborhood. The host refunded one night but stuck to cancellation policy for the rest. VRBO would do nothing. They are more concerned with making hosts happy than paying customers.

.
I was accused of stealing a trash can and a full body mirror. Mirror was never on the property , there was a mouse that I let the host know about . The property overall was small but good size for a time away from home I most likely won’t book here again . Thank you for accommodating me to your best ability

Disappointed
We stayed here four nights and were disappointed with our stay. Upon our arrival, we walked in to a dirty floor, especially at the entry way. The coat rack right next to the door was broken and could not be used. The bathroom could use some improvements - the door does not latch easily, there are no hooks to hang towels, and sometimes when taking a shower, the water turned cold quickly. We concluded our stay by finding a parking ticket on our car after checking out. We had given Linda our license plate information for the parking permit and followed signage as well as Linda's directions explaining that "The parking lot is located directly across from the building" (where we obtained the ticket). When reaching out to Linda about the ticket, she offered very little help in helping us understand the issue nor did she do anything to resolve it.

Cheapest Flip I'd Ever Stayed In
I booked this unit for a family vacation with my partner and senior parents. I have never felt warehoused like I did here. The building is under construction, and this apartment seems to be one of the few finished units. Shoddy workmanship that varied from annoying to broken, to dangerous was everywhere. The outside stairs to the unit were uneven and had metal protruding from broken concrete. The unit is a split level. The handrail for the stairs between levels was poorly secured, which made it very shaky and unreliable. There was no guardrail between the upper-level walk and the lower-level kitchen, meaning there was no fall protection between the levels; this was downright dangerous. The kitchen window pane was held in place with expanding foam, and had a permanent gap open to the outside. In the bathroom, there were only enough thin towels for each of us to have one towel each for all four nights. The shower ran out of hot water in the first shower, and water stood in the bottom of shower during use. The first night we slept terribly, only to realize in the morning that the mattress was upside down and we slept on the springs. When we turned the mattress over, a stain was revealed. Among many other details, the no shoes rule on the cold, painted concrete floors, and impractical, dirty couch made it hard to feel comfortable in the space. The experience left us feeling that a mid level hotel would've been a much better value than this unit that was marketed as premium.
