Smaller spot for sure, but it is set a few blocks from Lark Street and the Capital Buildings. You will find most items in the unit are higher end as well, the owner as well as a many family members stay here.

The location is a 10 minute walk to AMC/ VA, two blocks from a popular street of restaurants and watering holes. What I like the most is that it is safe; you will find a community garden just steps away from the front door.
