"Our stay was perfect! The staff were just so sweet…customer service really matters and the customer service there was top notch. The beds were super comfortable! The shower was great with plenty of hot water and a nice pressure. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean. If you ask at the front desk, you can get food to feed the fish at their fish pond (which was beautiful) The grounds are decorated nicely and you feel very comfortable there. The TV worked good and it was fun to watch some old sitcoms. The breakfast buffet was great but I’m diabetic and there was not a lot for someone like me except the eggs. It was a very high carbohydrate type breakfast. That being said, it was still so nice that it was offered and everything was delicious. They have a restaurant on site that was the BEST food we’ve ever got for take out (ate in the room). I can’t even emphasize enough how amazing the restaurant was. Highly recommend! They didn’t skimp on anything and the quality of the food…10 out of 10! Check in and check out was smooth. They have a game room by the pool area but we didn’t have time to check it out. We will be back 100%! Highly highly recommend this hotel! Best part of our stay, besides everything…the staff and how kind they were. I know I already mentioned the staff but it’s that important to us, I wanted to end with that. "

" Staff was friendly & easy to deal with. Room was tidy with nice view of the mountainside & pool. shower was nice & hot. We had a couple drinks at the restaurant/bar & they stayed open a little after closing to accommodate guests that wanted a quick cocktail. Only got to stay one night for our anniversary but I'm the future we'll definitely bring the kids for an extended stay."

"My 2 nights were fabulous, apart from the fire alarm going off at 1:15 AM - it’s a wooden structure folk, don’t try to have a sneaky smoke without anyone noticing! No-one wants to be standing in the parking lot in the middle of the night but apparently my experience is not that unusual. However, if your room is the presidential wing you should not have to evacuate. The hotel has a cruise ship vibe in terms of service and luxury. Very enjoyable."
