"This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! I did complain to the management company there was only 1 wine glass, the toaster only worked on one side, the pillows were so badly stained without any...

"Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. "

"Clean room, AC rooftop terrace had view of the harbour. Central to beaches and dining. Staff was great. No fridge in the room was bummer and safe was not operating in our room which was disappointing."

"Staff were very responsive and resort was always clean. Housekeeping was very prompt and did great work. Resort is centrally located and close to all amenities. Pool and other amenities were great and there was always availability."
